One on one personal training services in your home and/or virtually (all COVID safe precautions taken), including but not limited to weight training, HIIT training, TRX Training, Precision Nutrition L1 certified to assist in diet, CPR/AED Certified. All clients receive specific goal based programming individual to their needs, limitations and goals.
All In Fitness (AIF) sole purpose is to help clients succeed in their journey to not only get clients back in shape, but to achieve a LIFESTYLE that helps them to stay in shape forever. The goal is for each and every client to walk away from each session knowing that the time spent in the gym, isn't all they get! I only have a small space at home, I don't know if I can do this at home?
No problem. I don't need a big space to work in. I can accommodate pretty much any space.
I have children/pets, is that a problem?
I am aware that I am coming into a family environment. I deal well with both children and pets. However, I keep my clients focused and my focus is on them at all times.

It is of utmost importance that we all continue to maintain healthy habits, like exercise and giving our bodies diets packed with healthy, nutrient rich foods.
There are not enough amazing things I can say about Regine! As a teacher I appreciate the individual workout plans that she creates for each and every one of her clients in order to ensure that she helps us meet our health goals. When training with Regine, you immediately feel that she is going to constructively challenge you while also making the session fun and rewarding. I know that I am fortunate to be able to say that over the last 4 years I’ve had the pleasure of not just effectively training with her, but also gaining a lifelong friend.
Honestly, I was initially intimidated by this uber fit and highly charismatic personal trainer. Regine is a walking advertisement for health and fitness and that can be very scary for some. I’m so glad that I put my own insecurities aside because Regine knew just how to approach me in our sessions so that I felt challenged and encouraged to do the work that she planned just for me. On numerous occasions, other gym-goers would comment that they’ve never seen anyone train so hard and yet laugh so much at the same time.
While our sessions were structurally formatted in advance, Regine is also perceptive and aware of when workouts need adapting. Sometimes a bad day can make a client want a more rigorous workout and Regine adapts on the spot, or a bad day could have the opposite effect on another client and Regine is intuitive enough to know how to balance challenging and encouraging tasks and approaches to meet the needs of the client in that moment. She has such an array of skills, knowledge, and experience that she can competently work with anybody and any body.
I love how authentic Regine is as a person. She never makes fluffy comments to try to motivate you. Instead she says what she believes in such humorous and empathetic ways. Regine is a true health ambassador and her passion for fitness is so powerfully felt and internalized that one’s own motivation for health and well-being is invigorated.

Being such a health advocate, Regine goes above and beyond by keeping in touch with clients outside of sessions to offer her support and guidance. I truly appreciated her calls and texts about meal planning or how to balance dinners or drinks out with friends, family, and/or co-workers. Because I needed it, she regularly checked up on me to see if I was working out on our off days. More often than not I needed her to be that person who convinced me to get off the couch and get a workout in. I’m so grateful that she cared enough to fill that role for me. If this isn’t something that you’d want, don’t worry. Regine asked me in advance if it would be okay if she called or texted on our off days to follow up on my progress.
As I briefly mentioned earlier, over the years Regine has honed her numerous skills and still proceeds to grow as a trainer by partaking in continuing education. She holds numerous certifications and houses such an infinite knowledge of the body, nutrition, and kinesthetics. Wondering why your body is sore or tight? Regine will know. Regine has such a devoted following of clients and even though I moved to the east coast, I still count myself as one of her clients. I know that whenever I visit Southern California she will fit me in for a session. Regine started out as being my personal trainer, but she is now such a part of my life that we still talk on the phone and plan opportunities to see each other on either coast.
